The Process
- Step One - Removal of any old insulation as needed.
- Step Two - Apply a product to deodorize and sanitize the entire crawlspace that will eliminate bacteria, viruses, fungus, and unwanted musty odors.
- Step Three - Apply Bora-care™ Wood Treatment to all exposed wood that will eliminate termites, insects, and fungi while preserving and protecting the wood.
- Step Four - Installation of insulation on all joist ends and on all exterior walls. The vents are sealed and we finish up by installing a vapor barrier on the floor, piers, and up the walls.
