As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for any of our internal or external customers. With incoming phone calls, you will act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue. Whether you assist in scheduling a service, taking a payment, or updating customer info, you put the minds of our clients at ease. Additionally, you will work diligently to connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. We work in a team atmosphere to meet our team’s goals and provide uncompromised service support to both our clients and service providers. that strives to meet the service center’s goals each month.

A Client Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to ensure effective communication between customer service representatives, technicians, and customers in scheduling service and addressing concerns. This position requires advanced communication skills, organizational skills, computer proficiency, lot of time on the phone, a good deal of patience, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi task in a fast pace environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Arrive to work on time
  • Keep a neat and professional appearance
  • Coordinate overall administrative activities for the Office Administration Department.
  • The maintenance of office areas and office equipment.
  • Housekeeping of office facilities.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Maintains files and recordkeeping according to company guidelines
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
  • Coordinate schedules, and appointments
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Understands and communicates daily goals
  • Meet with Office Manager on regular basis to report to and assist in the company’s operation

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Attend ongoing training and Dept of Agriculture Re-Certification Classes (If Applicable)
  • Computer proficiency (Able to work a tablet and various Applications(MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Customer Service Representative

Salary: $50,000 to $95,000 a year

Job Description

Working in professional pest management is so much more than controlling pest problems. It’s also about building relationships with customers and educating them about how to reduce the pest problems in their homes or businesses. You will be responsible to manage existing accounts and responsible for the growth of the route by consulting and by offering recommended services our Company offers to help the customer and secure new business. You will manage information through company-provided technology while providing professional service to our clients. You will work towards building strong relationships and solving problems that will prevent future pest problems.

  • Conduct inspections and correct pest control problems by applying materials
  • Have through excellent communications with the customers and team
  • Seek out potential new clients to build route density
  • Look for ways to add value to existing clients
  • Maintain a clean company vehicle and comply with company guidelines
  • Operate vehicle safely and legally and according to company guidelines
  • Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle.

Education Requirements & Other Qualifications

Job Description

This may involve you physically crawling in crawlspaces and attics, that can be tight areas. You will need to assess the activity and any possible damage. You will then consult with the clients about your findings and offer recommended services that Pest Solutions has to help the client and secure new business. You will manage job information through company-provided technology. You will provide exemplary professional service to our clients and work towards building strong relationships and solving problems that will help them prevent future pest problems.

Job Requirements

  • Physical ability to inspect areas such as attics, basements, crawlspaces
  • Maintain a Route of services

  • Maintain a clean organized company vehicle and comply with company guidelines
  • Operate vehicle safely and legally and according to company guidelines
  • Maintain and ensure proper inventory, use and storage of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle.

Qualification and Skills Requirements

Mosquito Route Manager

Job Description

Looking for work over the summer? Work that lets you enjoy the outdoors while helping others to enjoy being outdoors too? Then Pest Solutions wants you to join our team!

This job is a part-time to full time, or seasonal position/Permanent Position

You will travel in a company-provided vehicle to clients’ locations on a daily route. Flexible days include Monday -Saturday. At service locations you will interact with clients, inspect the property, and apply exterior mosquito treatment per company application and service requirements. The number of hours worked per week can vary depending on technician preference and availability. We can accommodate.
